Causes Of High Temperature Fan Heating

When the high-temperature fan operates, it will definitely generate heat, so what is the reason for its heat?

1. The high temperature fan is overloaded;

2. The pressure of the fan is high: a. The high-temperature fan is wrongly selected (the air volume is too small); b. The pipe is blocked. Disassemble the outlet of the high-temperature fan, clean up the dirt in the pipe, and check whether the aerator head is blocked. If it is blocked, please replace it; c. The air chamber (oil-gas separation tank) is clogged. Please disassemble the air outlet (open) of the high-temperature fan to test the machine. If the pressure of the high-temperature fan does not drop to 0.00MPA, there is a blockage in the air chamber, and the air chamber needs to be dismantled and inspected. Piping needs to be checked.

3. The inlet filter of the fan is blocked, and the air filter should be cleaned once every 15-30 days according to the environment in which the high-temperature fan is used;

4. The rotor of the high-temperature fan is biased (there is a stuck point in the operation of the high-temperature fan). Due to the collision of the high-temperature fan during long-distance transportation or during loading and unloading, the rotor of the high-temperature fan is biased. Tap the end cover lightly, pull the belt gently by hand until you feel that the high temperature fan is not stuck, then tighten the screw of the back cover;

5. The fan is short of oil or the quality of the fan lubricating oil is deteriorating. Please check the fan lubricating oil system and the quality of the lubricating oil. If there is any problem, please check or replace the specified lubricating oil; 6. Internal damage of the fan: a. Stolen objects may enter the fan ; b. The high temperature fan lacks lubricating oil, check the lubricating oil system of the fan.

7. The safety valve is out of order, please adjust or replace it;

8. The fan room is too small and the ventilation is poor; however, don’t worry too much, because the high-temperature fan will heat up to a certain extent under normal conditions.
