Causes of high temperature fan heating

When the high-temperature fan is running, it will definitely heat up. What is the reason for its heating?

1. Overload operation of high-temperature fan;

2. High fan pressure: a. Wrong selection of high-temperature fan (too small air volume); B. If the pipe is blocked, disassemble the air outlet of the high-temperature fan, clean the dirt in the pipe, check whether the aerator is blocked, and replace it if it is blocked; c. The air chamber (oil-gas separation tank) is blocked. Please disassemble the air outlet (open) of the high-temperature fan for test run. If the pressure of the high-temperature fan does not drop to 0.00MPA, there is a blockage fault in the air chamber, and the air chamber needs to be disassembled and inspected. Otherwise, the pipeline needs to be inspected.

3. The inlet filter of the fan is blocked, and the air filter shall be cleaned once every 15-30 days according to the use environment of the high-temperature fan;

4. The high-temperature fan rotor leans to the side (the high-temperature fan runs with a stuck point). As the high-temperature fan rotor leans due to collision during long-distance transportation or loading and unloading, please slightly loosen the rear cover screws, gently tap the end cover with a wooden hammer, gently pull the belt with your hand until you feel that the high-temperature fan does not have a stuck point, and tighten the rear cover screws;

5. If the fan is short of oil or the quality of fan lubricating oil becomes poor, please check the fan lubricating oil system and the quality of lubricating oil. If there is any problem, please check or replace the designated lubricating oil; 6. Internal damage of fan: a. Dirt may enter the fan; b. The high-temperature fan is short of lubricating oil. Check the fan lubricating oil system.

7. If the safety valve fails, please adjust or replace it;

8. The fan room is too small with poor ventilation; However, you should not worry too much, because the high-temperature fan will have a certain temperature rise under normal conditions.
