The fan is composed of an external rotor asynchronous motor, plastic/aluminum impeller, etc. The low temperature rise of the motor has the best advantage of ventilation, heat dissipation and self-cooling. Thereby extending the reliability of fan life. The fan is a backward-curved impeller, which has the characteristics of compact structure, large air volume, high static pressure, low vibration, low noise, and convenient installation.

Scope of application

It is mainly used for purifying workbench, purification unit, ventilation duct dust removal, purification of air conditioning system, environmental protection and pollution control and other refrigeration equipment supporting work.

The difference between forward tilting and backward tilting centrifugal fans

The centrifugal fan with forward tilt and backward tilt mainly refers to the different blades of the assembled fan. The forward tilt type is generally called a blower, and the backward tilt type is generally called an induced draft fan. The difference is the length of the impeller rung and the edge of the impeller.

The forward tilt is parallel to the edge of the impeller, and the impeller outlet angle is greater than 90 degrees. The forward tilt impeller is also called the forward tilt impeller. The forward tilt impeller is mostly high pressure. The backward tilt is not parallel to the impeller, and the difference between the length and the edge of the impeller is a few centimeters or a few millimeters. It means that the outlet angle of the impeller is less than 90 degrees. The backward tilt impeller is also called the backward tilt impeller.

There are three main differences

① Power

The static pressure head used to overcome the system resistance, the forward-inclined centrifugal fan is smaller than the backward-inclined centrifugal fan. Since the channel in the backward-sloping blade fan is gradually enlarged, and the curvature of the backward-sloping blade is smaller than that of the forward-leaning blade, the hydraulic loss is smaller than that of the forward-leaning type. Forward-inclined centrifugal fans are less efficient than backward-inclined centrifugal fans.

② Energy consumption

Since the efficiency of the forward-inclined centrifugal fan is lower than that of the backward-inclined centrifugal fan, its power consumption is greater than that of the backward-inclined centrifugal fan.

③ Noise

The airflow of the forward-tilted blade has a large energy conversion loss, the collision speed of the airflow and the casing is large, and the curvature of the channel of the backward-tilted blade is gentle, so the operating noise of the forward-tilted centrifugal fan is greater than that of the backward-tilted centrifugal fan.
