What are the three types of drives for axial flow fans?

Everyone knows the bearings, fan blades, frame leaves, etc. of the axial flow fan, so what about the transmission of the axial flow fan? Next, I will introduce the transmission methods of three axial flow fans for you.

The transmission methods of axial flow fans are commonly used in three forms: motor direct connection, triangular belt transmission and coupling linkage.

Type A: direct motor connection. The fan impeller is mounted directly on the motor shaft. Generally used for small machine numbers.

Type B: pulley drive. Belt pulley is contained in the middle of two bearings.

Type C: pulley drive. The pulley cantilever is installed at one end of the main shaft, and the impeller cantilever is installed at the other end of the main shaft.

Type D: Coupling linkage. The impeller cantilever is installed on the main shaft (with a fan cylinder structure).

Type E: Coupling linkage. The impeller cantilever is installed on the main shaft (without duct structure).
